The event Musica e Parole, conceived and produced by Franca Dini, for the 2020 season feels the need to remember the Neapolitan music and therefore the team with Dario Salvatori at the conduct, Franco Fasano at the artistic direction with the participation of Giorgio Verdelli author and director Rai prepares for a journey into the Neapolitan musical world with the tribute to three great interpreters: Fred Bongusto (July 17), Renato Carosone (August 11) and Pino Daniele (August 30).
Fred Bongusto who left us a few months ago, was undoubtedly the most elegant and confidential singer of the 60/70 years.
His great successes as Balliamo - Three Weeks - Frida - Amore Fermati have made a whole generation fall in love.
Fred's consecration comes with 'The roundabout on the sea' which we could call one of the songs that symbolize Italy's economic boom.
In the 70s Bongusto arrived in the most famous and fascinating Versilia of the Agnelli, thrilling - the historical place of Sergio Bernardini right at the Bussola - with his romantic music the youth of the time.
As he climbs onto the stage of the Versiliana theater, guitarist singer Diego Moreno with his band; Moreno has accompanied Fred over the past 15 years of South American tours.
Films and anecdotes of friends and characters from the Rai will frame the evening.
