Description:
PFM - Premiata Forneria Marconi, after the stop imposed by the ministerial provisions, returns with some dates of the very successful tour "PFM CANTA DE ANDRÉ - Anniversary".
On 20 August it will be in d OSTUNI (F o r o Bo a r i o).
To enhance the evenings there will also be the video projection of the historical photographs of GUIDO HARARI which portray the band together with his friend Faber.
"PFM sings De André - Anniversary" as before will have a spectacular formation on stage with two exceptional guests: Flavio Premoli (founder of PFM) with the unmistakable magic of his keyboards and Michele Ascolese, historical guitarist of Faber.
PFM Premiata Forneria Marconi has a unique and unmistakable style that combines the expressive power of rock, progressive and classical music in a single fascinating entity.
Born in 1970 (discographically in 1971), the band quickly gained a prominent place on the international scene that it still maintains today. In 2017 PFM was awarded the position no. 50 in the "Royal Rock Hall of Fame" among the 100 most important artists in the world, while in 2018 it received the prestigious recognition as "International Band of the year" in London at the Prog Music Awards UK.
In 2019 he participated - for the third time - in the "CRUISE TO THE EDGE" (to date the only Italian artist who participated in the event), stopping for a short tour in the UK, to then arrive at the first part of the very successful tour "PFM CANTA DE ANDRE 'ANNIVERSARY".
During the summer he brought the "TVB Tour" throughout Italy in which PFM presented its repertoire. Between "TVB" and "PFM sings De André - Anniversary" PFM has exceeded over 100 concerts in 2019!
Also in 2019 he also received several awards and recognitions including the Franco Enriquez National Award, the Best Tour Award (Rock branded Italy), the Pierangelo Bertoli Award "ITALIA D'ORO" and finally the English magazine "PROG UK" appoints Franz Di Cioccio among the 100 icons of "music that changed our world" (the only musician in the Latin world).
